Rates 

$275 per initial intake evaluation (75 minutes)  

$225 per individual session (50 minutes) 

*Payment is due at the time of session

Insurance 

I am not currently in network with any insurance plans, though am happy to provide a super bill for reimbursement of services by your insurance company.  Keep in mind that your insurance company will require a diagnosis.

Here are some questions to ask your insurance provider regarding coverage for mental health services prior to submitting a super bill:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health insurance benefits?

• What is my out-of-network deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Cancellation Policy 

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and have not provided notification at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full session fee.
